Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. tiny melon is a product of Tiny Melon. Below you'll find what we keep and how to have it erased.

What we keep about you

• Your email address and order, from when you bought an access code.
• An anonymous device ID with your game progress and the team you played with.

How to request deletion

Send an email to hi@playtinymelon.com from the address you ordered with, or include your access code. We'll then delete your order data and the associated game progress within 30 days. You'll get a confirmation once it's done.

In the app

If you remove the app from your phone, the data on the device itself is erased. If you also want the progress stored on our servers deleted, email us as above.

What we have to keep

We're legally required to keep some data. For example, we keep an invoice of your order for 7 years for the Dutch tax authority, even if you have everything else deleted.
