I've lost my code

Your code is in the confirmation email you got after ordering — do check your spam folder too. If you can't find it, email us and we'll look it up for you.

How do I use my code?

Open the tiny melon app, choose "Enter code" and type your code in. Don't have the app yet? Download it from the App Store or Google Play.

The app isn't working

Fully close the app and reopen it, and check that you have the latest version. If it keeps going wrong, email us with your device and what happens, and we'll take a look.
